Unfortunately the CRM system that we utilise does not easily integrate with SoPro, which makes it slightly more difficult to integrate our various marketing approaches.

I love the very idea itself. There area lot of tools for cold-mailing, but Luna pares it down to the essentials, making it fun and easy to just send e-mails.
I don't know whether this can be imporved. Maybe Luna's oubound emails show problems with their SPF or DKIM settings.
I really love Luna and I'm glad I got it on a lifetime deal (I hope they offer it again because I can definitely get more people to purchase).

Sometimes there is no description about the company, so one has to go into the company's website, which is cumbersome and wastes time...it sometimes suggests irrelevant email drafts.
