Smile offers some excellent features for VIP programs such as discounts, free gift with purchase, and contest entries you can offer customers.
It is limited to very few POS systems. I left because it is not compatible with Lightspeed.
Customer support at Smile has been super friendly and helpful throughout the process of setting up and maintaining our loyalty and referral program.
Unfortunately, this service is not practical for smaller or starter businesses because they charge $50 per month and up.
I like the best that their software is easy to use and understand. The UI is very intuitive, and one of its best features is the Rewards Panel.
It should have come out much sooner. I had to suffer through other providers that were far less superior for too long.
Have been very pleased with this rewards system, it works great for our small business and I love that it has customizable options.
For example, if I want to have a chat features, now I have two widgets floating around. No API unless on the Enterprise version.
Its loyalty program, flexibility, and membership management make it an outstanding choice in scaling business.
No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.
They have the peace of mind that everything is affordable in our clinic with Affirm. RepeatMD has taught us a new profitable business model in which we are no longer leading with discounts.
Overall, I was paying them $500/month AND losing $600 a month in fees from them managing the membership, again, that I could have done myself. Then after speaking with the "[sensitive content hidden.
Implementing loyalty programmes and referral incentives is a good idea. A nice platform for e-marketing is RepeatMD.
I woudl not reccomend this to anyone and I am deeply frustrated by this program. It has been an absolute nightmare for me, my practice and my clients.
I effortlessly increase memberships without the hassle of managing them. Excellent customer service and a great team.
