Userback is very easy to deploy and is very visual, super easy for clients or internal team members to share feedback/changes that helps in saving a lot of time.
The general feedback comment is a bit misleading as people will assume its general feedback on the project they are reviewing, not the Userback application.
The ability to draw and take screenshots with the feedback is what makes it so helpful for users to express their ideas and give good feedback.
The only con I can think of it is its inability to capture the full page screenshots.
The customer service is great. We have suggested improvements or raised bugs in the past and always been impressed with the response.
