It was very easy to setup and customizeable in many ways. Reporting capabilities are good and the flexibility built into this online only app are great.
The interface is not intuitive. Buttons are completely in the wrong place.
The best part is You can import everything from JIRA, within just 5 minutes. Special mention to the ZOHO Support team and Demo team, they did a amazing job in helping us move into ZOHO Sprints.
I had to call upon customer service to have it connected. Maybe I was doing some wrong or its ZOHO's end.
The main highlight is their Pricing. It is affordable and great value for money for the features they provide.
Moving backlog items to the current sprint is a little confusing.

When we first picked Productstash and deployed it, there were some UI quirks on the admin side. Some things were just a little confusing or vague.
Overall it’s been amazing. I never have to reach out to support and the one time I did they were on top of it.
But I can see the potential for it. Category limits are a little low.
This app is easy to use, very fast, great UI and UX, and they keep releasing new features like it's a joke. The app is very stable and I've never even faced a single bug.
At launch there were a couple bugs, but once we reported them, they were fixed almost immediately so those are no longer issues.
