You can get any information you need from their reporting tool which has been IMMENSELY helpful during audit season. We don't use them, but the Controls ability is awesome.
We have unfortunately had a case where someone selected the wrong airport (a 4.5 hours' drive away) because it had a similar name to the right one.
I love the incentives to save the company money, but it's actually the ease of use of TripActions that is the best part. I can get travel booked on my phone with a handful of taps.
Other softwares are clunky and make traveling a pain.

Customer support team has been super helpful and particularly fast in responding. I remember reaching out to Travelstop team over the weekend for one of my trips, reply was instant.
When I used last, any travel related warnings were missing, for example, visa requirement for transit information.
It is a great tool to have for travel bookings and claims.
The grouping sometimes it's made the staff confusing.
Travelstop is an easy to use software for submitting expense claims. Interface is user friendly and has options for booking flights and hotels as well.
There is limitation for report export. Can't really export the full report when there is too many transactions in the account.
Interface with accounting system. Excellent support desk (24/7 available).
Thresholds can be annoying and approval flow are segwayed manually which defeats the purpose.

So TripActions was the software that we used to reserve business travel, both flights and hotels. And as a user, it made it really easy for me to book my business travel. And then for the business, it also encourages users to book more cost-effective travel options by rewarding them with gift cards. So for our business, it helped us save money. And users, it's a great user experience, plus you can get incentivized with Amazon gift cards, which is great. For me, the best thing about TripActions was the ease of booking. We also had concierge on call to help us with booking, if we ran into any issues, that was a nice perk as well. And then also the perk of being incentivized with gift cards, if we booked cost-effective travel, was really fun. Just an extra little bonus. I honestly can't really think of anything. It was super easy to see the travel options. It was easy also to add my own frequent flyer and rewards numbers to the system. So I made sure that I got points for booking. Yeah, it was all around just a super easy experience, and it was kind of gamified, which made it fun too. So I can't think of anything that I would change. It was a great system.
