Ringover vs Ring4: Which is a better fit?

I can proudly say that my user experience is very successful. I keep a good opinion of this solution.

Absolutely awful, disgusted in the service in which they provided.

Integration with salesforce is good, overall quality of calls are good. There are some nifty features like note-taking and more.

When there is a bad wifi it's a bit complicated to hear the other party.

The system is very easy to use. The quality of the connections has been great.

Sometimes there is delay which can make it more difficult to have a fluid conversation - doesn't happen often though.

Ringover's all-in-one platform, advanced features, and intuitive user interface make it a comprehensive and powerful communication solution for businesses of all sizes.

Sometimes their is a delay a few seconds between when you speak and the person on the phone which I believe will be fixed sooner than later.

I'm happy to have finally found the solution for me and my wife with Ring4. Thanks guys for your great product.

Their customer service is useless and has not fixed the issue. I have asked them to provide me with the code to port my phone number, they have ignored my request.

The voicemail system and call forwarding features are really good. I feel this is similar or pretty much the same to the equivalent products on the market.

Unfortunately I get many spam calls on my regular cell number because it is listed on the web. By changing to a Ring 4 number I am able to block all these spam calls.

Enables control & retention over team numbers. Call quality is excellent.

I find that the app does not always ring through when I get a call. I usually notice that I have missed a call when I see there is a voice mail.

Super easy to use on Mac platforms. Easy to message back and forth between clients.

Doesn’t sync bt apple products with same iTunes accounts - annoying when you have multiple team members using software and moon can see evidence of what other are doing.
