It's clear that Productive listens to user feedback and quickly implements features and fixes. Their support is also outstanding - going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
I've looked at other tools, and turned them down simply because of their lack of reporting and all-in-one capabilities.
I love that we can set up project budgets and track our progress against them in real-time so we can better allocate resources and determine our profit margins.
Invoicing/quotation features limited. Dashboard view is not visual/customizable enough.
Overall my team likes Productive way better than previous Project Management tools we've used. The reporting has also been amazing.

The staff are friendly, they know what they are doing. A very professional and pleasant experience.
At a stage we struggled with getting staff to fill in timesheets. After some time, they did do this but then filled it in incorrectly, this messed up our figures.
The best feature of Chase is the amazing support team - there are similar products in the market, at similar pricing but what sets Chase apart is the wonderful service we get for the support teams.
Once a work type or task is added, it remains forever, even if it has been made obsolete.
Chase have been fantastic, from my first email to guiding us through the set-up process and now, with talking us through how to get the best out of reporting for our business needs.
