PMAM HCM vs Vanta: Which is a better fit?

I love the customer service they are great. The program it self is pretty user friendly.

I still find it a little confusing to modify/disseminate policies.

She is very responsive and timely, exceptionally polite, and will to solve the minor issues that i have come across. Her ability to fix the issue in a matter of hours or days, is exceptional.

My only minor criticism is the brief delays in new control windows opening or pages refreshing.

Customer support has been fantastic and very responsive if there has been an issue. In general, this software helps us maintain compliance with State Certification.

It is a difficult task to creat test and test answers.

Megan Lovell was extremely helpful and responsive. She provided great customer service that left me with a great impression of PMAM HCM.

Some of the functionality doesn't flow as well as other similar programs.

Integration to our systems is seamless. The software is easy to set up and has a few great dashboards for monitoring and addressing vulnerabilities and compliance issues.

I get "alarm fatigue" and end up ignoring most of the notifications.

I am happy that we don't have to create these tests ourselves. And I am thankful that Vanta tells us what's important.

I'll pay more for an app if they have A+ support along with automations.

The ability to view and remediate the issues with people and hardware was very useful. The document templates were very helpful in getting them done quickly.

I do not know how to efficiently triage the information I get from Vanta notifications. I get a lot of notifications about failing automated tests in my email and in my Slack.

The Vanta team has always been very responsive to our needs, soliciting feedback and promptly answering questions (no matter how basic) and guiding is in the right direction.

Could use more integrations. Once you go off the beaten path, you're fully on your own.
