Great product with great customer service, reduce the stress of accounting.
Downloading bank statements can be a headache. Journals are not well developed nor are the financial reports.
Easy to look at reports for cashflow, what aspects are doing well and what can be improved.
There's nothing seemed to be a problem at this moment. In future, if I face any problem I will update my review.
It's operating system is intuitive and now that we are using the on-line system we can operate it from wherever we are at the time. The online system is also great for Apple computer users.
Needs to work with dropbox as it is hard to work with otherwise.

Lack of flexibility, fairly poor support. No choice of other software from Sage with more flexability.
Sage is very user friendly and offers all of the options required to operate a small business. The insights provided are excellent and flexibility available is more than adequate.
Our files get corrupted constantly and they blame it on the cloud computing. We have corruptions that no one at sage knows how to fix and they don't continue to fix it.
If you are used to Sage is very easy to use and setup. It includes a lot of helpful features and great reporting features.
Disconnect, with no alternative then to pay 400 % + markup. Very unhappy customer of 30 + years, will no longer be a customer.
The Graphic User Interface is friendly easy to use especially for a new user. The New Company Wizard does a very good job in anticipating almost all possible accounts in the charts of account.
I've been charged for 6 months after I cancelled my subscription, I've called more than once, and they just keep charging. Very unprofessional, fraudulent behaviour in my opinion.

I use Sage for recording all of my daily transactions. Funny as it might seem, a lot of these little guys kind of slip away, you forget about them. But, with Sage, I never forget. As long as I keep up to date on a daily basis, I'm there. I'm with Sage. I enjoy Sage because I can easily input all the transactions that are relevant to my business and the accounts, and it's a one-click shop. It's easy. It's direct. I can get amendments. I can do anything I want. It's fantastic. I love Sage. My only comments in terms of negativity about Sage would be on payroll. I've found it difficult to disconnect a two-week payroll from a monthly payroll when they've been the same clients. Apart from that, I honestly can't think of anything. I guess that's kind of a technical thing, but that has been a problem.
