May E.: Hi. My name is May and I work for a small sized property management, real estate and syndication company. I give AppFolio Investment Management five out of five. Before, collating for the K-1s, the tax documents for our investors was kind of like a manual thing. With AppFolio Investment Management, it made it easier for us in the sense that we can just upload it in the portal or in AppFolio Investment Management and share it to respective investors, which makes it very, very convenient. What I like most about AppFolio Investment Management is that all the investing entities we have, I can see in the platform, and it's so easy to track transactions, communicate with investors, and like what I said previously about the tax documents, not only that, other important documents that we need in order to of course, finalize a deal, it can all be done inside AppFolio Investment Management. One thing that I think needs improvement perhaps is when AppFolio Investment Management is linked in with the Property Management Software AppFolio. There's some kind of issues when it comes to communication with maintenance or work orders that accidentally gets sent to investors, which shouldn't be the case. If there's something that can be done to fix that and have a representative or a particular contact person for each investing entity, that would make it the real deal.
