OTS provides Broadway-caliber technology for performing arts organizations of all sizes in the education, community, professional, and immersive theatre space.
With RACE ENTRY it is based on data entry which is very good. Customer service is very important for the growth of the platform.
Navigation was a bit confusing. Not particularly intuitive.
The registration site is bright and attractive as well as being user friendly. The reports are easy to pull us, the options for marketing and fundraising are the best I have seen on the market.
Sometimes these changes incur a fee and there is no way to let the participant make these changes or pay these fees within the platform.
My overall experience with Race Entry has been great. They have a great product and excellent customer support.
I had deleted my entry form by accident. I emailed them and was told I hadn't yet entered.
I love the support too, if I ever have a question, I get a response very quickly. Great reports are available, the ease of sending out an email to all registrants is nice.
I was stuck with only their options (not too big of a deal).
Easy to implement, and easy to maintain. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very eager to help you succeed.
Zoom in/zoom out function on seating chart is way too sensitive and results in screen getting shrunk or expanded to ridiculous proportions.
They are constantly striving to improve an already great product, and on top of that they are a company that truly cares about your success.
I find it difficult to fix certain mistakes or delete mistake/test shows.
They are constantly striving to improve an already great product, and on top of that they are a company that truly cares about your success.
We had a terrible time with social media integration, and other advertising features and were never able to get help to make them work properly.
Automated e-marketing which is a plus for all your events and they offer merchandise which is amazing as well as easy to use. All around a great ticketing platform that is easy to use by all.
I don't necessarily think that our problems should be something fixed, I just think this platform is for someone who isn't us. I still 100% recommend On The Stage to anyone doing traditional shows.
Jake: I'm Jake, Director of Products. I give Race Entry four out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. So when we looked for different registration platforms for events, we looked at everything from Ultra Signup to ACTIVE, to CrowdTorch or Kimbia, a bunch of other different options. And we ended up with Race Entry for some of our international events. There were a few different reasons that we ended up choosing Race Entry. One of which was the support team was super responsive. They were quick with emails and phone calls, and when we needed some minor development work done, they were really quick to get it done. And the product worked. It didn't require a lot of additional effort to get things implemented and get us up and running. And so, between the really responsive support team and the pretty quality out-of-the-box product, we were quite happy with it. Onboarding and integration of Race Entry was pretty straightforward. We just needed to get the various URLs on to our website and make sure that all of the data for the events was able to be pulled in by Race Entry. And other than that, it was pretty seamless in terms of integration and getting things up and running. It was within a few days that we were able to go from making the decision to being live. If you have a smaller operation, more of a couple of folks in your event, running your event, and you don't need a lot of custom formats or additional scripting or really crazy data, Race Entry is a really good solution for the majority of a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon type event. Once you start getting into weird format types and a bunch of crazy data, Race Entry definitely does have its limitations. And so, you might need to seek other more complex and less off-the-shelf solutions. But if you fall within the majority of the type of events that are pretty straightforward, I think Race Entry is a pretty great choice.
