Have had no reason to engage with the support team until the upgrade, and the support has been same day and great, much appreciated.
For this purpose no specific functionality missing.
Great product to work with: fast, reliable and great support.
Enterprise version is very expensive in comparison with annual fee, and without that FTP is limited to 25 transfers per sessions.
I like how you can easily sync data from a SharePoint list or document library to a SQL database. It’s also great how it splits out lookup columns into their ids and values.
No the Connector runs every 2 hours. I have set up bi-directional syncs also as simple one-side-to-another.
The ability to schedule syncs, to have multiple syncs. We use it to bring SQL data into SharePoint online which we loved as there was no other way to achieve what we needed.
These lists needed to be manually maintained by the process owners since we had no way to sync the data from our business systems.
My experience with it is just supper, its like a magic wand,,, my supervisors are so happy about it.
BAD IDE.specially when we use gui for development always we face the problem of dropping the end point.if we switch from GUI to XML view. Less support of fiance messaging transport.
The use of external integrations via connectors boosts the development speed and helps in avoiding reinventing the wheel. The deployment process is straight forward and irk free.
As stated above there is plenty of documentation - but it somehow seems to lack structure and focusses too much on HOW and not enough on WHY.

Fantastically powerful but marred by a few frustrating flaws.
There is an ease in building APIs and web services using this software. Also,it includes the BPS to build business processes at an ease.
The drag and drop 'visual designer' is useful, but is limited with the amount of metadata for some of the mediators, but it does at leas get you going.
