When using GeoHECRAS, I generally find that the most annoying things are native to the HEC-RAS engine rather than the GeoHECRAS interface.
Ease of use and the ability to import/export data to/from Civil 3D is easy and seamless. GeoHECRAS has one of the best support staff's that I have seen.
It tends to crash fairly easily/often, especially if there is a large surface.
The ease of use, intuitive data entry, and unrivaled customer support make this a fantastic product. The bottom line is that GeoHECRAS increases our efficiency and our profits.
Sometime editing the roadway geometry does not work and I wish you could draw reaches using a surface so it could find the low point of a channel.

It has served what it is intended to. Some minor difficulties can be experienced with new users but they can be addressed with the technician assistant.
