Focus on small to medium size businesses, but service some significantly larger clients, as well..
IronMQ is highly flexible in terms of deployment and scalability, so our customers range from small to medium sized business, all the way to Fortune 50 companies.
Its a great product gives SSIS the capability to integrate with most of the next Generation technologies. Very easy to use and great documentation and learning videos.
This is going to sound odd, but, sometimes I find that the company name "Zappysys" gives people the wrong impression.
With the amazing support and online guides we have been successful in connecting to several APIs over the past couple months.
The error messages - for a software that is trying to smooth over the technical complexity of joining disparate data sources, it does not help to provide the raw error messages with no suggestions.
Zappysys got us off the ground for connecting to disparate data sources. The support has been wonderful and I wouldn't have been successful without it.
It feels as if they are doing that just to get customers to spend the extra dollars, that was probably the most disappointing part of my experience.
We are impressed by the encapsulated intelligence in their components. In addition, ZappySys has the best tech support.
I'd say the filtering on the Tasks could be a little easier to understand, but im really scratching the barrel here for "dislikes.
We also love the Heroku add-on that gives us a greats solution for fast hosting. One of its best features, though, is the great support... very responsive and helpful.
Horrible documentation -- out of date, incomplete, etc. Minimal feature set -- not even close to competitors.
The software is generally very reliable and powerful. The backend seems to be rock solid.
Randomly lost queues several times during THEIR outages.
Documentation is straight forward, its nice that they have sdks / plugins for major frameworks like laravel to work with the native queue system.
Horrible support; sometimes WEEKS without response.
I'm very happy with using IronMQ and would gladly recommend it in the future.
When we first started we organized things in an awkward way which lead to a large number of projects appearing on the dashboard when logging into Iron. That was mostly our own fault though.
