Focus on small to medium size businesses, but service some significantly larger clients, as well..
Database developers, database administrators, application developers.
Its a great product gives SSIS the capability to integrate with most of the next Generation technologies. Very easy to use and great documentation and learning videos.
This is going to sound odd, but, sometimes I find that the company name "Zappysys" gives people the wrong impression.
With the amazing support and online guides we have been successful in connecting to several APIs over the past couple months.
The error messages - for a software that is trying to smooth over the technical complexity of joining disparate data sources, it does not help to provide the raw error messages with no suggestions.
Zappysys got us off the ground for connecting to disparate data sources. The support has been wonderful and I wouldn't have been successful without it.
It feels as if they are doing that just to get customers to spend the extra dollars, that was probably the most disappointing part of my experience.
We are impressed by the encapsulated intelligence in their components. In addition, ZappySys has the best tech support.
I'd say the filtering on the Tasks could be a little easier to understand, but im really scratching the barrel here for "dislikes.
So far, the only thing that I have liked about the product was the price and the fact that I could buy a perpetual license. There is rather good extensive documentation, and the AI Bot is amazing.
The problem I have is that when I have to implement my software in a networked environment, I have to buy 2 licenses i.e. the Desktop and the Server licenses. And the licenses are expensive.
This is amazing software which helps us to improve our jobs and works and saves our time.
Now the issue is the cost of using the driver(s). The explanations I got from the technical staff was conflicting about what license I need in a network setting.
Zero issues, impressive performance, excellent support, inexpensive compared to competitor's products and easy to hit the ground running using industry-standard integration solutions.
Lack of c# code examples for wiring to an Interbase backend database.
They don't get tired when I ask for much explanations. The driver functionality is enough for me currently because the team added what I felt was missing in my view.
Some of the connections to date fields are difficult for queries.
