Difficult to set up billing properly, still issues after 2 years, EMR is not intuitive and incessantly and unnecessarily difficult.
But since I have started using it, I use it for all my prescriptions because I love the ease and speed of prescribing, and the ease of maintaining prescription records.
Our compounded scripts aren't being received by other pharmacies. Live chat stopped working for us after the first few weeks.

Inability of staff to send direct ID messages to to other MD's. To my knowledge, only the licensed provider can send messages but not staff.

Doctor's chart notes can be somewhat time consuming with what other doctors state with their EHR System(s) / Lack of training with certain reports.

However, it's not robust enough for what we need in terms of the EHR, the electronic records, and just data capture. We chose Rxnt because of its cost. It's on the price range that we were comfortable with, and then the needed applications in terms of e-prescribing, billing, it is all there. Rxnt provided us the training that we needed to properly use it. They helped us set up in terms of the billing, setting up our insurance companies, setting up our templates. That's about it. If you are a pharmacy looking for an EHR software and you're just starting, check on Rxnt just because they're in that portable price range and they're robust enough to meet the pharmacy needs.
