iPatientCare EHR vs Qualifacts Insync: Which is a better fit?

IPatientCare is a great company. Enjoy working with Pranav as he is extremely helpful and and answers all questions in a timely manner.

When we receive an upgrade to a new version many time all the "bugs" are not worked out and we have problems.

They like it because it's easy to use and it's great for us as a billing company because it helps us manage their revenue much better.

Inability of staff to send direct ID messages to to other MD's. To my knowledge, only the licensed provider can send messages but not staff.

Since we adopted the software we have had a few more our physicans choose iPatientCare and they have all been very happy with the quality of implementation and the user-friendliness of the software.

Doctor's chart notes can be somewhat time consuming with what other doctors state with their EHR System(s) / Lack of training with certain reports.

And, iPatientCare Practice Management or Billing System is just wonderful. We love this integrated system as it has increased our efficiencies drastically.

When I first looked into electronic medical records, I was daunted by the lack of programs specific to Pediatricians. A colleague recommended iPatientCare EHR and I started using it in October 2011.

MY implementation team with [sensitive content hidden] was awesome. They were helpful, creative and responsive.

Setup was absolutely awful and a waste of time and resources when our account was assigned to [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

The InSync team have been very nice to work with. They are flexible, want to help and problem solve and really seem to care about you being happy with the software.

I am currently at a point where I am finding very little that I dislike about the program.

The reports seem to be a great benefit for us and I look forward to using these. Our overall experience was great.

Adding the customizable features can be tedious and confusing.

The Account Manager understands the importance of clean billing to reduce write-offs and is very responsive when we need guidance. It is a pleasure to work with InSync RCM.

I don't like that when moving from one page to another the first page disappears and you have to find it again - scheduling and patient information. Have to leave one to get to the other.
