Item vs Easyship: Which is a better fit?

Intuitive UI, administrative access to most settings and functions, reasonably easy to troubleshoot issues, straightforward to maintain, responsive and helpful support.

Report customization is limited, so running KPIs requires combining multiple reports. System functions such as automatic cycle count have quirks that prevent them from being implemented.

Good experience, easy to use with intuitive interface.

Maybe a softer tone would probably be better. Other than that, there is no negative things about this program.

It's got a lot of features packed into a next generation solution that is far more advanced than much more expansive solutions on market.

The system records key data milestones and augments with physical photographs of the operation, which is tremendous for claims management and operations improvement.

I've had unauthorized charges placed on my account from a customer redirecting a shipment but no request from our end, when questioned, no response - still charged for this.

If anything is lost, damaged, couriers don't pick up even after 2+ business days - don't expect their customer service team to even reply.

I have personally weighted parcels to the nearest gram before shipping them, and still been charged extra $50-60 for most shipments, sometimes months later.

Access to discounted shipping rates is very nice, easy to set up and affordable, great for shipping domestic and international.

Incorrect paperwork given. Lack of instructions for shipments.
