I like that i can reach easily all employees and communicate with them. I like numerous of stickers and smiles and ability to make group chats.
The scroll in chats often moved so very quickly that questions and responses were missed. Inability to customize responses such as color, fonts, etc.
I love the ability to create customer emojis which my office lovingly partakes in. It allows us to work efficiently and quietly, while being able to communicate seamlessly between departments.
A little expensive if they had an inexpensive community version I would gladly contribute some money to them. As it is am forced to use without contributing due to a high barrier to entry.
Ease of use, ability to find and join group chats. I really like that every one can add a picture, it's nice to see who you are talking with.
Only chat available you will need another tools for meetings. Bad integration with gnome desktop.
The interface is nice, real-time messaging is successful, the biggest plus is that it can be used internally.
Since one of the more recent versions, they've altered a couple of shortcuts. One of these means I can no longer type an @-sign, making mentioning people rather difficult.
The advantages of this application apart from being free in its use are also very helpful in making attendance reports because the summary that is displayed is very clear.
The app has little problem when the internet connection is poor.
The app is so easy and handy to use. This makes me use the app in daily basis.I recommend everyone to use the app and enjoy good quality of video and voice calls.
Sometimes it is troublesome and user might get disturbed.
Specifically I loved the quality of video the app supports during video chat. This app is very friendly for professolnal use as well as I have been doing.
The language used in this application often changes to Chinese which confuses users and also the dashboard page is quite difficult to understand.
I love this app, I use this for tutoring my students privately and even for our women cooperative group, it has good salient features.
Too bad it is like even some places written in Chinese.
Emily L.: I'm Emily, Director of Investor Relations, and I give Mattermost a three out of five. For more reviews like this, you can click below. At my company, we use Mattermost as a collaboration tool both internally amongst different sorts of teams to be able to keep each other up to and have really immediate communication with one another, and then also externally with some of the accelerator companies that we work with and other things that we're involved in to be able to send messages and announcements so that everybody can know what we're up to. What I like most about Mattermost is that it provides the ability to either contact a team member individually or as a group. So it's really simple to be able to identify who you want to speak with. You can tag people in different things. There's different channels that you can join. So there's a lot of different ways that we can collaborate with one another. What I don't like about Mattermost is the phone application. While it works really well on the web, on the phone I have this weird issue where I'll get a notification that somebody tagged me or pinged me in a message, but when I try to access the application, it's unable to load.
