I was even able to finally have the SOAP / Progress note set up that I have been searching for. Overall experience has been super positive, and they have for sure exceeded any expectations.
One of the features that I dislike is that the system doesn't allowed you to move on to the next page unless everything is completely filled or in the format the system is set up for.
I like that it is so easy to send forms to patients, and love having the URL option. I also love how easy it is to upload the forms to patient charts.

There is no additional notification on the phone. This would solve several problems.

The cost is a bit prohibitive for our small fire department.
The ability to have so much customization from the ability to build out forms, views, reporting, etc. Support is fantastic as well.
But, if your website already struggles with load time or speed in general, adding views on your pages may slow things down.
