Firstly, it is extremely easy to use, which makes it easy to get up to speed quickly. It's beautifully designed, giving your job board a clean, modern look that jobseekers and employers love.
The head picture is not adjusted to the phone screen size, so it limited our choice of pictures significantly.
In summary, you will not find another job board offering the great features, excellent customer service and clean UI/UX at this price point. Trust me, I've looked at them all.
The only functionality that would make a significant difference would be Zapier (or similar) integration. This is noted on their development roadmap but no delivery date yet.
Our JBoard consultant [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing to work with. He is smart and extremely helpful by giving us guidance to help us get started efficientkly and effectively.

Because of my previous experience with web designers and web technicians, what I currently appreciate most is jBoard's fantastic customer service. I couldn't ask for better.
I haven't found anything I don't like about JBoard yet, but I am still new to the platform.
Hired has great customer service, and the team is really responsive with any questions about the platform. I also like how they provide tips on how to attract more talent.
We felt pressured into signing up from our trial because we had three offers out to candidates. All three candidates declined our offer and we still had to pay Hired which we felt was unfair.
The software was fine, it's got a very nice look and is easy to read. I was able to do useful searches and narrow down candidates by demographics.
Then there's no resume attached to the profile, and the LinkedIn profile they attach is not complete either. It makes it difficult to assess a candidate when there's no information on them.
It's great to see that the individuals who are looking for new job opportunities through the platform are proactive and engaged, and it makes the hiring process much smoother and more efficient.
I was not convinced by Hired: I tried the website two times and I never got access to it. This website wants to make hiring an elitist process... and it does not work.
It's a great paradigm shift. Having employers contact the candidates is a great way to ensure that there is a more aligned fit prior to consuming interview time from all parties.
If you are a recruiter it's mostly a waste of time and money.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
