We love the way this software helps us keep our turnover operations organized. Our staff loves how easy it is to assign and accept jobs, report issues, and stay on top of inventory.
MAybe too much of customisation. There is a lot of option and it may be confusing sometime to understand what are the consequences of ticking a box.

We have great response from support on the occasions we need to reach out to them, but they also have great and detailed online documentation which makes it easy to implement.
I would avoid unless you know and can explain EXACTLY and EVERY SINGLE feature (to the smallest detail) that you would need, and ask very specific questions whether Hostfully provides it.
Sheila: My name is Sheila and I am the owner of a cleaning and linen company. This is for hospitality services and vacation rentals, and I give VRScheduler a five-star rating. I did consider using QuickBooks. However, QuickBooks is not a scheduling program the way that we would need for our particular company. So I did some research and VRScheduler was highly recommended, and that's how we started using VRScheduler. We initially chose VRScheduler for a couple of reasons. Number one was the ratings, when I was researching a scheduling program. The second thing would be the cost, it's very cost-effective. Also, the customer service was excellent before, during, and after the sale. Onboarding with VRScheduler was actually pretty easy. There were a few questions that I had, because this is the first time that I had used some actual scheduling program. I had been doing everything in a calendar book, but the staff was just super wonderful and super helpful, and explained the whole process to me from A to Z. There was a lot of things that I wasn't aware that the VRScheduler was able to do. They explained those and just made onboarding super easy. I would recommend VRScheduler very highly for anyone who has needs for a scheduling program, or a scheduling management program. It does make your day-to-day scheduling super easy, keeping up with your staff, their hours, how long it takes for them to do a job, the reports, the tasks reports, the check-in and check-out reports. It is a full management program for anyone that needs a scheduling program. I recommend it highly, and it's very cost-effective compared to the other programs out there. You'll be just very happy with that purchase, and also with the customer service after the sale. You don't buy the program and they just let you go on your own after that. You can send them an email and within a few hours, if not minutes, you've got a reply.
Holbrook: Hello, my name's Holbrook. I am the owner of Casa Encanto, which is short-term rental. And Hostfully is my property management system. And I give Hostfully a five-star review. I use Hostfully for their digital guidebook, but then I have them integrate my other OTAs, the booking.com, Vrbo and Airbnb. And I'm working on Google Travel or Google Vacations. And they then send out automated automatic messages to my guests. I use it for my calendar. I have another app, PriceLabs I use for my pricing. And then I'm going to start using Hostfully's direct booking site more. And I think that's where I need help with setting up social media. The thing that has impressed me right from the get-go with Hostfully is the attention they pay to customer support. Right from the beginning, the people that I've interacted with have been both very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and have been able to take a newcomer and a relatively old newcomer to the short-term rental business through the whole process. And anytime I have any question or issue, they get back to me in a timely manner. And so I've been very, very happy with them. Well, as a professor, long time retired professor, I've had to do hundreds of letters of recommendation or phone interviews for candidates. And the question that always stumps me is, what do I like least about a candidate or what their weaknesses are because we always tend to pay attention to the negative as opposed to the positive. And so I think with Hostfully, sometimes it gets a little complicated going through, setting up everything. But that having been said, they have a lot of videos, they've instituted a Hostfully University that has courses. And so even in that relative weakness or something that I don't like, I still find that Hostfully addresses that.
