Assembly vs Bucketlist: Which is a better fit?

Assembly makes work environments fun and collaborative. Our team uses assembly to send carrots (rewards) when we help out a colleague, or reach a new success.

If a user at the company doesn't create the account, other users are unable to send coins their way.

Assembly makes the employee feel good in real-time and recognition is posted where everyone can celebrate the accomplishment.

It seems to be a little difficult for some colleagues to upload a profile photo without it showing up sideways.

I enjoy giving and receiving recognition through this platform and it's cool to see what others in our organization are being recognized for as well - it definitely motivates and inspires us more.

Stop changing what the units are called all the time.

I love that there's a way to tell people they're doing a great job - i wouldn't have otherwise shared what I think, my perceptions of performance, or mentioned something I think is really great.

I don’t like that the software requires a reason for why I’m recognizing my coworkers in order to give them trophies.

I also like that our rewards are immediately available to use or save up for bigger rewards.

There have been a few errors when redeeming my points but I think it may have been an error on our end and not due to the software.

I think it is very user friendly and I like the point system so we can use them for our coworker or ourselves, the gift cards are a nice idea and very much appreciated.

The overall layout of the page - Could use some more drop down menus and change the visual appearance of the website.

What is also nice is that companies can name the reward tokens/dollars whatever they would like and customize it to the job.

I could not take the optional answer back to no answer.

What I like most is that this program is easy to install and easy to use. It is all positive and you get a certain amount of points to send to people that you work with.

Some times it loads very slow and sometimes not sure it's internet issue or something from the product side.
