Egencia vs Yokoy: Which is a better fit?

The reporting dashboard is so awesome. It has comprehensive data which is so easy to manipulate.

Egencia is the worst business travel software on the market and they refuse to meet their customer's needs.

Most important you can sync other corporate accounts with them like National Car, AVIS etc so that your employees can book through a single platform which is really amazing.

I wouldn't subject your employees to potentially losing money over poor service, an inflexible platform, not to mention they nickel and dime you for every reservation.

I love how easy and seamless it is to book multiple travel options, such as car, hotel, and flight. Also how easy it is to manage reservations and compare prices.

It was not intuitive booking hotels within your company's policies. I booked the wrong room type multiple times and it was very frustrating.

Egencia is integrated with Uber, Google Mpas and CityMapper ground transportation options. As a travel manager, the reporting functionality is great and the new analytics tools are very impressive.

I am constantly seeing charges come through my T&E system for charges that I can't explain when submitting reports.

Yokoy is an easy to setup and easy to use software that helps us with out travel and expense management. We are very happy with Yokoy's solution.

Expenses that need to be charged to a client cannot be managed easily. There should be an option to link expenses directly to a client.

The software is very good the yokoy teams have done a good job. I say thank you for this excellent tool.

Problems with the search function of the Submitters.

Now, our employees have a tool to report their expenses, easy to use and the approvals are granted quickly. The finance team also have a great help and all the information flow is one single system.

For me there is not much to say except the expectation of being able to link virtual cards to Apple pay.

As a company, we really like the credit card feed, which helps to make sure that all receipts have been added. Generally, it an easy to use solution.

Certain filter functions are seriously missing.
