Over all it has been great. We have had great experiences especially with the Ceridian support team.
WFM reporting not that accurate if there is no pay in timesheet, no show in employee attendance, no records can be found in report with WFM.
They like the ability to have information and access at their fingertips as do I. Thank you Ceridian.
We are just disappointed that we did not get this information/recommendations from our implementation team.
Overall, Dayforce is a great system that allows for a good amount of customization throughout the platform, they are constantly releasing new modules and items to make the system better each year.
It is VERY painful working with their team sometimes as a problem solved creates another issue where most of the time you still need to pay extra money to solve it.
The Benefits platform is adaptable and can be configured for complex benefits. I love the ability to have Ceridian send the carrier files.
The Customer Service is really poor. I have been asking for this report that I used with the system that I used with the system I had used prior to Ceridian Dayforce.
The support team was very helpful in the onboarding experience. Granted, the software was super slick to setup, so that helped too.
The biggest problem it's solving for us is getting out of doing this all manually in spreadsheets and digging through Zendesk trying to figure out what agents did for that day.

Using Dayforce helps keep track of when and who is showing up to each event. So when a brand ambassador is there, they will clock that time. When they leave, they clock that time. And any additional hours would also be clocked, including any type of market research like demographics, geographics, and the standard area of time that was used in the location of the event. Thing I like most about Dayforce, is that it's pretty easy to use. There's not a lot of training involved. And at the end of the year, you can simply go in and get your tax return. You wouldn't even need to print it, because you'll have it right there. The thing I like least about Dayforce, is it's too easily manipulated. So if you're using it on a mobile in a browser, if you go back, you would have to input all the information for a time card again. I find that really annoying. I feel like it should automatically save and it should be a little more user-friendly at this point. I have been using Dayforce for a really long time. And I think personally that it was easier to use before it became a huge brand.
