The ease of use and setup makes it best in class. It has less friction when integrated with complex systems and works as desired.
Sometimes doesn't read the data, show as error messages, etc. But, it not happens when the administrator do that, only with members.
We migrated our learners over to Badgr, and while no system is perfect, we feel that it is a better solution for our needs.
Accredible has own email designer, but I spent too much time to try to make anything there. Recipient Directory - we dod not found value to us to use it.
Excellent credential system with great API, integrations, and tracking.
The QR codes make verification of certificates very easy and the blockchain security is a great feature. Implementing digital certificates on the Accredible platform was a relatively easy process.
Their commitment to ensuring a seamless and reliable credentialing process has made our experience exceptionally positive, strengthening our trust in the platform's capabilities.
The inability to create different email templates per certification. It would make automation more logical.

The features are limited and there are some bugs and glitches in the website.
I like that it looks very professional, and our supporters like them very much as well. I also like the pricing, it's pretty good priced compared to other tools that I've explored.
Career path is no available on the current version.

Albert: Hi, I'm Albert. I'm a web developer at a nonprofit organization with about 30 staff, and I give Accredible five stars. Before Accredible, we issued all our badges and certificates manually, which you can probably imagine when there are several thousand recipients and you're doing it manually, it's a very error-prone process and very time consuming. Accredible completely automates a process of issuing certificates, and it automates a process of verifying credentials. After looking at several platforms and giving them a test run, as well as going through the knowledge base, the resource guides, and the application program interface, I found that Accredible worked the best in terms of accuracy and customizations. It was pretty easy to get started because there was tons of resource guides, help videos, and their staff were very helpful. When I was stuck at some critical workflows that were unique to my company, I had to troubleshoot on my own and go through some discussion forums. But in the end, through trial and error, we did get it to work perfectly. Before choosing Accredible, go through the knowledge base to make sure that their platform is compatible with your software, and make sure it's compatible with your exact and specific workflows. Also, before purchasing, we signed up for their free trial to make sure that it works as advertised, and that's the best advice I can give you.
