ICANotes vs Checkpoint EHR: Which is a better fit?

The support staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I like the features that allow me to tailor my progress notes to the way I focus on treatment issues.

The vendor refused to compensate for lost revenue due to poor programming.

Fair price, great customer service and reliable platform. They are a company with many years of experience, I have been using their product since 2005 and it has only improved over the years.

I was disappointment there wasn't a website that could be integrated, and there was no telehealth software. Although, I understand Icanotes will soon be adding telehealth as a feature very soon.

The ease of use and excellent customer service were what sold me. Customization is also important to me and Icanotes fit the bill.

Frustrating and time wasting due to connection problem.

The ease and functionality of the electronic health system is helpful for new employees. Also, the availability to create customized areas that are suited to your company's needs is superb.

It continuesly signs out if your connection is lost.

It's been a positive experience, customer service is excellent and there's a wide range of products/services offered that help with billing.

Not being able to get the denied and or rejected claims resubmitted by the staff. I beleive it should be something they should do as well.

It has been one of the best EHRs I have used in my career if not the best that I have tried. They are always trying to improve and take suggestions from those using the system on how to improve.

Sometimes the system lags. It will prompt to start over.

Ease of use- the interface is user friendly, so training new staff to use it is a breeze. The ability to add/edit/remove billing codes as needed is also extremely useful.

I enjoy using Checkpoint and i also love the outlook and user friendly interface.
