TravelPerk vs Circula: Which is a better fit?

I have used it a few times to check the available flights for my professional and personal travels; the prices I found were pretty reliable, which is a very important quality for such softwares.

I think the approver/submitter/group set up is quite confusing when adding a new person.

I absolutely love TravelPerk. It was a super easy implementation and easy to use as an end-user.

Sometimes, their suppliers (Hotels) will insist that you pay your room before leaving although it has been paid already.

So good to get such a quick flights overview, combined with a real time booking for cars and hotels as well. Good also that all loyalty cards/numbers area automatically loaded.

The mobile app is a bit limited. It should offer more functionalities.

What I like the most is the customer service. Super fast and efficient, i've only had good experiences when I needed to request support.

Mix between mobile ticketing and collections, even on repeat journeys. Choice of hotel often limited.

The software is very easy to use and easy to understand. The mobile version has the same functionality and works perfectly fine from my company phone.

The fact that it's calculated afterwards is confusing, and the way to check the amounts for how much you could get is very manual.

Can recommend as it is very user friendly. Completed and submitted work and travel expenses for the first time and it was a seamless experience.

Jumping from one uploaded document to another under the same expense report is a bit troubling.

Overall experience is very good and we as a company are happy to use Circula.

Error display unnecessary and creates confusion.

It has really helped me organize my expenses and invoices. Reporting module is good too and multiple invoices upload is a good addition.

Sometimes the automated features (i e calculating distance) give wrong results, so you need to double check from time to time.
