That the software was easy to download. The lectures had quality visuals and had great picture quality.
A lot of the exercises are shown at bad angles and distracting back grounds, looks unprofessional and confusing.
The patient log and calendar option is fantastic. Love the fact that it can just email the patient an easy to use protocol with easy to follow instruction.
Some patients complain about poor internet connection and then the videos does not download.
The best thing about this software is the ease in which i could use it! it is very user friendly and fun to apply to our practice.
Sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for.
I like the different ways you can search exercises to find what you're looking for. I like the favorites option to save time and option for protocol search.
Not enough basic or low level, geriatric type of exercise choices for our lower functioning patients. Difficult to find what you need sometimes without the exact wording.
Relatively easy to use, "favourite" option is a nice tool for frequently used exercises, the ability to add exercises including photos and videos is great, and patients love the email option.
Sorry, I really tried to find a fault with Physiotec but struggled.
It has been a useful tool and has a good suite of features that make program design easy, and accessible to the clients as well as you the practitioner.
This would avoid having to choose from the drop down menu, speeding up the workflow.
Outstanding, simple, effective, helpful and amazing for the customer that I deal With and need the program.
I dislike that the exercise routine being built is on a seperate screen. I would prefer to see my routine in half the screen and the database on the other half.
Great and timely technical support, super easy to find exericses and add exercises. Absolutely love the two dog exercise modules which no one else has.
We have patients now that have been here multiple times, and it is difficult to sort through 10-15 different past exercise programs to choose.
