For these occasions, I love having the PayPal Here app & the accompanying card reader that plugs into my smartphone. It's super easy to use & everyone recognizes it's legitimacy.
The first time I set it up was a headache and when I was freelancing, I lost a client because they did not know how to use it.
It helps me to receive payments from all over the world with great security. An important feature of it is that it accepts all kinds of payments and makes me tension-free about payments.
What I dislike is the higher fees charged when taking remote payments over face-to-face transactions.
Since I have started Papal, I always had great experience, its safe, reliable and secure: The 3 words when you deal with clients and money. Customer service is understanding and reliable.
The only thing I dislike about this app is the percentage it takes from your pay.

Honestly, everything...the features, the reporting ability, the ease of use to give and receive payments, the customer support, the third party integration.
I had to post this to let other people know to AVOID this company. They wasted 4 months of my time with promises they couldn't deliver.
I was provided with great literature on best-practices, and I feel the checklist is thorough, yet reasonable.
Find someone else to do this for you, Payment Cloud are incapable.

We use PayPal Here for all of our in-person events to receive payment from our customers for the things that they purchased from us. What I really like about PayPal Here is that it's super simple to use, both as a user and as a customer. There's actually not a lot of steps. It's a very, very simple application and program. So there's not a lot of room for error, which is really nice. One thing I think could be improved with PayPal Here is that the application is so simple you don't get a lot of information from it. So if there were more of a transaction history or perhaps some more user information that you could pull off the app, that would be helpful. I think they keep it simple so that the actual account user information is secure so that other people within the company can use it without seeing financials, but I think there's a few things that they could probably add.
