TSYS Merchant Solutions vs PaymentCloud: Which is a better fit?

TSYS is a good merchant service provider that has an easy to use gateway and accepts most major credit cards at good rates.

The fraudulent billing practices including federal wire fraud by illegally debiting funds out of account over six months after the termination of our agreement and associated ACH authorization.

Overall I enjoy having a secure processing system with a chip reader and an ability to set up automatic payment plans for our patients, and TSYS does the job well.

Absolutely awful company with horrible customer service that only operates via FAX MACHINE, not joking.

I like how quickly we can process payments and if needed the functionality of voiding and refunding cards is simple and quick.

Then I can't even be in the salon making money because I am forever trying to get someone to answer just for them to rob me, insanity.

Despite the complexity of the systems, the customer service for TSYS terminals and software is prompt and helpful. I've rarely had to wait long to be assisted, and they always provide a solution.

Shady, incompetent, horrible payment processor to be avoided.

I like all the process for admission, this for me says that the software is secure.

After 10 weeks of terrible communication, and me asking for updates on a weekly basis I was told that they DO NOT integrate with 2 of the largest platforms out there.

It's ease of access, makes any business super easy to work with.

Ohhhh no no no, not PaymentCloud, they waited 4 months to tell me.

Honestly, everything...the features, the reporting ability, the ease of use to give and receive payments, the customer support, the third party integration.

I had to post this to let other people know to AVOID this company. They wasted 4 months of my time with promises they couldn't deliver.

I was provided with great literature on best-practices, and I feel the checklist is thorough, yet reasonable.

Find someone else to do this for you, Payment Cloud are incapable.
