Titan FTP Server vs JumpCloud Directory Platform: Which is a better fit?

Great way to automate data transfer, easy to maintain, very informative logs. Excellent customer support.

Certificate management was painful to set up & no documentation on it.

Great software and had good experiences with support.

Issues with users passwords not working after certain age.

Excellent, all good things to say about this company.

As feature i did not find anything con. Find professional to setup for you are difficult in india.

Its a good and robust product , install and forget it.

In my last few years i never face any challenge on it. Beside this, titan need to contact customer for further and relevant requirement as new technologies and facilities are required by customer.

We were looking for a tool to help us enforce 2FA on some servers. JumpCloud was a solution that was easy to use, easy to manage, and perfectly fit our needs.

I realize I was stuck in 2010, resulting in an unhealthy relationship with Microsoft Active Directory.

We are using JumpCloud as central directory, for SSO, for device and user management and partially MDM functionality. We love the support service, their incredibly enthusiastic and helpful staff.

The small businesses that I work with have from 3 to 10 PCs, but usually no server. JumpCloud provides the missing centralized user account control.

It has been awesome to know I can track staff, device but not use active directory. It's only took a few days to learn the software and the documentation has been awesome.

It is a little difficult to onboard new office staff and familiarize them with the software.
