I love the ease of client booking, options of subscriptions and packages, and the interface of the software. My clients all love it as well.
After reviewing several scheduling options, this one did not make the cut due to low integration options and lack of 2-way google sync.

Neal G.: Hi, my name's Neil. I am involved in a yoga training business, yoga teacher training. I've been involved in yoga 20 years and I've been using Ubindi for some time. I give it a star rating of five stars out of five. Hi. I used Ubindi for booking all my yoga classes and events. And before I was using Ubindi, I was using a forms' system on my website as well as a hard copy card, concession card system with my yoga students. And so the card system was very clunky. Unless I was at the yoga studio, I could never tell how many lessons people had or when they would ask. And then I would run out of card and it was just really quite clunky and complicated. And then when I was running new yoga events and yoga workshops, I'd do that with a form system and that worked quite well. But having it all together in Ubindi is solving a lot of issues. It's all about coming together and using and having all my students ... It's very all in one place. So I've been looking for a system to integrate all these ways that I was getting bookings for my classes and events. And I tried a few different things and the booking systems were always quite complex. Lots of features, but that always made it complex. And then I saw Ubindi come up on a platform and it seemed to be really geared towards tuition. Not just yoga teaching, but there was a beautiful simplicity about what Ubindi was offering as well as making it really cost-effective. So these two things around simplicity and making it cost-effective, that I was drawn to and I thought, "Okay, I'll give it a go." And it's been working so well and I'm so glad I went down the Ubindi route. With onboarding and getting people started, getting myself started with Ubindi, it was actually really simple. I'm reasonably tech-savvy, but even that, when I've tried lots of different apps, I found Ubindi super simple. It was just a matter of logging in, setting up my little packages of concession cards, which was again, really simple,, making a little description about the classes. And then asking my students to register. And I could do that online 'cause I can embed Ubindi onto my website, which meant that the students didn't have to go anywhere else apart from just my website. And then they could log in for my classes and register for my classes. So it's being pretty seamless actually. Yeah, useful. The directions were simple, so no complications whatsoever. If you are a yoga teacher, especially a solo yoga teacher, and there are many solo yoga teachers out there that work by themselves in a community hall or with organizing their own classes online or in person, I highly recommend Ubindi. It's simple enough for even the less tech-savvy people to work out and to use, for our students to use, which I think is so important that it's not complicated. And so not so much for big yoga studios, but for those individuals, I highly recommend that. It's been simple, it's cost-effective, easy to manage all your students. You can email them whenever you want to get them into your class. It gives automatic notifications to students before classes as well, once they register and sign up. So yeah, highly recommend Ubindi and giving it a go. Yeah, nothing to lose at all.
