The ease of use and how you can share the tasks with other people. I love being able to see when tasks are complete or if they have not been completed by admin.
Absolutely hate this program. It’s worthless you legit have to do the whole transaction twice.
I am still getting used to the system but the customer support has been awesome. I am also taking advantage of all training webinars that have been provided along with the HELP option.
It is not possible to go back and correct a mistake. Example, if you accidentally select a listing vs buying input, you can't go back and edit.
I love the ease of use, the learning curve for new users is great because it is web based and easy to understand.
There are a few small glitches, especially since no mobile version. Software is difficult to use on tablet.

Dislikes are loosing uploaded files when you unassign something in order to keep the file together and not require multiple emails asking for multiple signatures.

So it's been a really great experience and it's been almost two years now since we've been using it and we love it. My whole team loves it. Brokermint is super user-friendly from the get-go. We signed up and we had our conference call with Cisco, he walked us through everything, told us how to set up commissions for our team, told us we could even split and merge documents which is incredible and worth the money all in itself. So we can share documents within users, multiple users are able to use the software at the same time so that's awesome. We've just had a really great experience and it's also really pretty because the background is teal. For anyone considering using Brokermint it is crucial to the success of your team. It streamlines everything. There's checklists, it organizes everything, you can even merge with MLS and different billing software, so it's got more than you could ever hope for and it is far worth the money. It will increase your business because everything will be organized and I just highly recommend it.

North40 Capital went ahead and looked at Sage 50 and Xero as other accounting and program options. However, they had limited features, and the price didn't match up to what QuickBooks Online could offer for us. We chose QuickBooks online due to its reputation and features. The fact that we can job cost for our different properties that we own, as well as having full-fledged accounting, is great. We can also integrate with our payroll system, which is another great feature for us. QuickBooks Online was very easy to integrate with. QuickBooks Online has the feature of allowing your accountant to be invited to your account, allowing seamless integration. We were up within a week after getting our account to process our accounting. If you're thinking of needing a great accounting program that is simple and easy to use for a non-accounting brain but also have full-fledged accounting process if you are looking for inviting your accountant, QuickBooks Online is your way to go. It's a cloud-based program that has multiple users being able to have access to it at different locations, as well as it has full features of job costing, payroll, profitability reports, and more.
