Invicti vs Dark Web ID: Which is a better fit?

We use Netsparker for scanning our customers applications. Ease of use and Flexibility gives us freedom to use it wisely and help is completing our projects in timely manner.

The problem is, if the scan has a problem it must be canceled, otherwise it will never finish and no report will ever be generated.

It has helped us build a good relationship to strengthen security in the products.

Many web apps are extremely vulnerable to serialization attacks yet Netsparker does not escalate the vulnerability enough (unencrypted viewstate, unsigned viewstate, etc).

Netsparker is comparatively cheaper, and you can bargain i believe, compare to other tools like Accunetix etc. We compare a couple of them and decided this.

The problem was I needed to download the reports problematically. Other times I asked for.

I use Netsparker as a Consultant for my clients. I'm very satisfied about the product and how this software help our client to check the security level of the web applications.

There is almost no documentation about how to use the product.

Good, I was with it in its earlier stages and they have made solid improvements in the interface over that time.

The reports were so vague that it was pointless. My clients that received “breach” information and not once could find a correlating website or credential that matches.

The team is very willing to help in any way they can and they provide a great library of resources for marketing and explaining the services to our clients.

I hate being forced into a bullshit 3 year contract for this product - especially when, until recently, the terms to prevent autorenewal were borderline unethical.

They provide great customer service to ensure you get the most out of their product.

We deeply regret purchasing this more than any other software in the history of ever. Broken on multiple levels.

Very simple to set up, easy to monitor domains for clients to keep them safe and secure.

Poor navigation and web-design. Limited features that seem deeper than they actually are.
