What is missing is the overview of where the automatic workflows are sent.
The main advantage of this software is the easy usage. Additionally as it can be accessed from anywhere (also ourside our company network) this helps the users to submit expenses in time.
They are totally focussed on declarations. So we miss the expansion to other HR and reporting processes.
Pricing is very low bearing in mind the advanced functionalities Declaree has to offer. We've tried multiple options and Declaree was by far the best solutions for our business.
Customer service is quite non-responsive - I've requested an updated quote and simply received no reply - and there is no auto-scanning function.

Problems with the search function of the Submitters.
Now, our employees have a tool to report their expenses, easy to use and the approvals are granted quickly. The finance team also have a great help and all the information flow is one single system.
