Hotelist vs Hop: Which is a better fit?

I am really happy using Hotelist. It is easy and understandable and I believe a wonderful tool for all users.

I am solving overbooking reservations , that means bad feedbacks.

Friendly to use, saving time, upgade quality of services to my customers, good suport every time needed, nice interface.

Most of the issues that I had a problem with, were solved with the last upgrade.

Great application and service. Very good and helpful assistance by executive every time.

We had problems with viewing our property via mobile but that has been addressed and fixed in the latest releases.

Everything I like so much email automations it helps me so much. I like the channel manager settings it's very easy to change prices restrictions and availability, housekeeping everything.

In addition to the above the PMS also offers integration with a POS app which allows us to automatically synchronize charges from the F&B departments to the guest rooms.

This PMS has allowed us to improve our revenues. It is great and easy to navigate and allows for good data capture.

They don't have mobile app and you can go in the past and edit historic transactions which is not ideal.

Great system that does so much, its always being updated too and they are happy to take on board any reports or changes in the system to make it slicker.

Transfer of data from previous system was a little sticky and stressful and has on a couple of occasions let to a little confusion down the line.

Really good tech team , friendly , responsive and they keep increasing their features. OTA connectivity is on par with other Systems.

We love the fact that we are able to change things on the go by having an app. The cloud based system is great and changes are implemented immediately.
