I do not own or maintain a business and use it for personal reasons. It is a delight to use- easy/intuitive to use, with great aesthetics and readability (from a user perspective).
By default, no option to upload pictures, though this is provided with the Pro version. That's understandable; pictures are bandwidth-intensive.

It is user-friendly, and it's very easy to use, very intuitive, and it's just so simple to use. You don't really need any training. You get to just go around, learn it in five minutes. I can't think of anything really. Actually, I'm thinking a bit more about what I like about HubSpot because of the support is really, really very helpful, very fast and very right to the point. And also as for the deliverability, because we have used other marketing platform as well, but compared to HubSpot, the deliverability is much higher in HubSpot.
