Overall, we are happy with Performio. The platform have improvements to work on but the Team have been extremely helpful and supportive in understanding our business objectives.
It is a little difficult to navigate and hard to change line items if they are not mine. This may be due to how my company has decided to set up the software.

I like how the dashboard looks and the tabs are very clear. There are not too many functions so its user friendly and easy to learn.
The view built into my Salesforce platform is sometimes hard to read and the window is small and tough to scroll (might be my companies platform integration however ).

I use Performio for a number of things, particularly to look for my performance and I also use it regularly to see how much income I will make against my target this month or this quarter. I use it as a means to compare what I am against previous month's quarters, and it gives me an idea of the income that I am getting on an average as well. What I like most about Performio is it is very easy to use. It's very simple. It is very [inaudible 00:00:48] intuitive, and the usage is very simple. It's very graphical, very visual. You don't have to think too much about it. And it's very easy to use. I haven't really actually found anything that I don't like about it. Everything that has been that I have found in it has been really useful. And not only have I found it useful, actually, it's quite inviting into using it. It makes your life simple. I haven't found anything really in there that I would say, "No, this is a waste of time." No, absolutely not. I think everything is good.
