FlipperForce vs ProContractor: Which is a better fit?

Most impressive has been the fantastic customer service. We ask a lot of questions, and they are always promptly and personally answered in a way that makes sense and is helpful.

Could not enter additional expenses in rehab list. Some little graphic defects from time to time.

I loved the ease of use and the ability for the product to analyze large sets of data (costs and fees) very quickly. That ability helps identify opportunities in just minutes.

Also the pictures uploaded seem to consume a lot of storage which makes it hard to keep all your photos of the projects.

There are features to help with initially checking profit margin and the software is great to get you through the entire house flipping process.

I have not had any issues that I haven't seen improved. The crazy thing is that I didn't even inquire about it.

We absolutely love how easy it is to use. We love how many instructional videos there are on You Tube.

I really can’t say that there is anything that I don’t like about this software.

The integration of project documents into the procore system is impressive. The ability to create a submittal register from the specifications was very helpful.

Reports are terrible and talk about killing trees, this software wastes more paper than I've ever seen. The implementation support is awful.

I am very impressed with the overall functions and capabilities of ProContractor. I feel that the product has been designed with best practices in mind.

I hate the way Viewpoint refuses to take users suggestions into consideration. I hate that it is not easy to manipulate or change reports or templates.

So we just switched to doing our estimates in Pro-contractor and there are some great abilities like building assemblies for line items.

Completely glitchy and not user friendly at all. The implementation training is terrible and expensive and the customer service is even worse.

They bought a great concrete estimating software from Quest Solutions, and the Estimating Module is excellent.

What we got was a convoluted mess. We have been using ProContractor for 4 years and each new product update has been a new disaster.
