Notifii Connect vs WhatsApp Business API: Which is a better fit?

I love that this software gives me the ability to select what users I want to send a notification to, whether its prospects, residents or certain groups, I don't have to select all.

Correcting spelling errors does not work well.

I appreciate how easy implementation was and how supportive they were with onboarding.

I genuinely don't think I have anything bad to say about Notifii.

It has really been helpful in aiding our communication with all the residents at our apartment community. The residents have been very happy with our quick responses to their inquiries.

Our package room has never been emptier and we've had fewer residents come in to complain we didn't tell them about changes happening on the property.

So easy to use and the ability to send a text/email to many without it being on a group reply is fantastic.

Was hard to figure out how to send a email to all residents.

My customers are thrilled and grateful that this application was made. They enjoy the automatic answer.assisting customers in making the best choice.

The API unlike the app, is not free. WhatsApp also charges every conversation on its pricing package.

I adore how helpful  the app is, and it's incredible that it's free and lets you call and text for free as long as you have wifi. They can observe the timetable in the app.

Information protection is not assured and there is time limit of responding to clients.

WhatsApp business is great especially for business people and me as a freelancer. I just feel comfortable whenever am using the App.

I don't really think there is anything wrong with the app which is why I rated it 5 stars. It has all the features a business like my tuition needs.

It is helping with keeping our customers happy.
