The interface is more intuitive than others and easier on the eyes. Client-tracking is useful and loyalty program is very exciting.

Overall I'm very happy with the software. It's easy to use and training desk staff to use it is super slick.
The only thing I have trouble with is not being able to change services/timing after one is booked.
It has allowed greater flexibility and access to my schedule from anywhere. I prefer the mobile application, but the desktop is more comprehensive and very easy to navigate.
Sometime the software lags or crashes but that might also have to do with WiFi.
Beautiful interface, very snappy performance. Extremely customizable and fantastic reporting capabilities.
There are also a few other reports that our owner is upset about losing. As well, I wish there were an app for the phones because reading the schedule through a mobile web page can be difficult.
More importantly, customer service is GREAT. When I need help, they are there to assist in a professional polite manner.
The only complaint I have is just getting our payroll set up.
Ease of use is wonderful and ability to give each user different access is great. Visually it is easy to understand and lots of short cuts for booking at high speed.
Some of the other service providers make mistakes while I’m not at work and I cannot edit them without doing a refund and changing it to the proper stylist.
It is easy to learn and we love all the numbers it tracts. The inventory is nice to track on this software.
The amount of time and stress the on boarding cost me was exhausting. Also, trying to sort out editing the actual system and not the ‘ghost’ training platform.
Destiny L.: Hi, my name is Destiny. I'm an office manager for a beauty company called SEV. SEV is a pretty big company, California-based. We just started expanding in New York. As the office manager. We utilize Boulevard a lot, and I have to say things of everything that has to do with running a beauty business when it comes to scheduling clients, charging clients, and also charging them cancellation fees, which is really important. Boulevard, I'm going to have to say, I give five stars. With SEV, they haven't used any other technology. I think Boulevard pretty much gets the entire concept of what our business does, so I can't really compare any previous softwares to Boulevard. But yeah. I think one of the main reasons, it's how fast it operates. We're very fast-paced business. We take about 100 clients there. We leave little to no room for any space. It's really very back-to-back, and Boulevard just seems to be high functioning when it comes to clicking, moving appointments, scheduling appointments, canceling appointments. It makes everything easier to see on the screen altogether. Personally, I found Boulevard very easy. Everything is clear. I like that Boulevard allows us to use emoticons or emotion cons. That's very helpful for our business to divide which client has specific limitations from other clients. But yeah. The advice I would give to people who want to consider Boulevard as a software for their business is to do it. I think it encompasses everything a business is, from looking at a sales perspective to looking at getting personal to looking at employees and also with clients. It builds better relationships with clients.
Jessica F.: My name is Jessica. I am the operations manager for One Eleven Salon in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We are a six-chair salon, and I rate Meevo at a five. We were a former Millennium salon, but as the landscape of the industry has changed, we found that we needed something a little bit newer and that was more cloud-based, and that is when Millennium offered the option of Meevo too, and it was a jump that made sense and was easy to transition over from Millennium. The ease of use with Meevo makes it a wonderful software to use. Our staff pretty much picks it up from day one. The help and the training at the academy is great for anybody that has any questions on anything that they can't use by just playing with the software. The support that comes with Meevo is five-star, whether it be from MeevoPay or from just an issue with a report. We always have five-star service from the support team in answering any questions that we have. Starting up with Meevo was super easy. Our onboarding specialist was phenomenal. She stayed connected to us. We had no issues from day one getting set up and ready to go the day that our salon opened. We were actually fully functional a couple of weeks before opening day, so that we had plenty of time to input clients that were coming with us once we opened the salon. If you're considering making the switch to Meevo, I highly recommend scheduling a call with someone from their team to learn more about everything that Meevo has to offer for your salon. I also recommend joining the Facebook community online and learning what other salons are doing with it to see how it can help your salon.
