Linkedin Jobs is very reliable and it connects the best professional out there. I love the software and we have one of the best workforce out there because of Linkedin jobs.
Not everyone has a LinkedIn account and not everyone are aware of you can find a job using LinkedIn Jobs. Also, there are some fake accounts and spammers.
It's easy to use and like other social media like Facebook. But this platform is reliable and trustworthy for professionals like me and increase my horizon regarding my academic field.
The only negative to this was I am connected to other co-workers on LinkedIn so i was worried they could tell I was search for a new job.

People send scams and message offers that are basically fake. Also, searching for jobs can lead your down a rabbit hole and they only show 1 job description at a time.

Very to the point and easy to use. Online systems were great as well as the ability to pay several different types of employees quick and easy such as 1099, w2, and so on.
The cons list is too exhaustive to cover, but to summarize the issues ADP has with this software, I’ll leave it at the whole thing needs to be revamped.
ADP offers a great payroll system in ADP Streamline Payroll. I've enjoyed using over the past year and highly recommend it to any size of employer.

I give LinkedIn Jobs a rank of four out of five. Before LinkedIn Jobs, I was using Indeed, Jobs [inaudible 00:00:23] and all these other similar software. Nothing against those programs or software, it just wasn't working for what I was looking for for myself and the people around the company. So we made the transition to LinkedIn Jobs where the network and connections that you could do on the platform were huge in finding something that worked for us with LinkedIn Jobs. We chose LinkedIn Jobs first of all, because the network is probably one of the biggest one. And also because there were a lot of job posting every single day compared to other software, which made us obviously a bit more attracted to LinkedIn Jobs compared to any others. Plus LinkedIn Jobs is very user-friendly, and it's something that you can have on the go all the time. LinkedIn Jobs was very easy to get started, to get it done on our computer, on our phone, something that we really enjoyed, also, to look either for a job for someone. Also to post for a job, it was very, very easy, as simple as running down an email to be honest. My piece of advice with LinkedIn Jobs is make sure you're totally committed when you decide to go and use this software because things can move really fast. So if you're not ready, if you're not willing to get a job or to look into maybe finding someone for a specific position, don't waste anyone's time. So make sure that you're really committed and ready to go once you use LinkedIn Jobs.
