Pirate Ship vs Uber Freight: Which is a better fit?

The interface is clean and tidy, and the pirate aesthetic is wonderful. I would highly recommend this to any small business owner.

I have yet to find anything I don’t like about this service. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but it took only five minutes to make me a believer.

I love how it auto fills (most) information and remembers what you've entered before. Pricing is a bit better overall than other places, but it's the ease of use that really makes it a winner.

I am really trying to rack my brain on the negatives of this website. The only negative I can think of is it I did not find out about it sooner.

TERRIBLE claims process when there is an issue. Will side with the carrier even if you have proof and all they have is the word of the driver that created the problem.

It’s been a good overall experience and I would recommend this app.

I had 2 trouble-free loads in 2020, but since then have had nothing but stress, hassle and expensive damages from this company.

I want to root for Uber Freight because it is the closest thing the US has to Huolala, a similar app in China. That service is excellent.

The driver lied about the timing saying he had to wait for a dock and was sitting outside when no dock appointment was required. He said the damage occurred at the drop off by the destination staff.

Best to send all your product to destinantion in the world.

There is no notification until an hour before the scheduled pickup that they could not find a driver to take your load. This is costly to the warehouse, as the resources are spent preparing the load.
