Customer Service reps have been SUPER responsive at helping and explaining things. As with any new software, there is a slight learning curve to understand the pieces initially.
I have had bad luck, because in the time I have used adoptimizer, they had some bugs that affected my ads and they don't deliver results as expected.
I liked how it would provide some amount of feedback about the ad. I also appreciated the messenger built into the app in case you needed help.
A lot of other functionality is missing. Also, My campaign just turned off for no reason for a whole weekend without notification.
It's amazing what AdOptimizer does. My sales increase dramatically.
Sadly I'm having doubts with AdOptimizer. The most problematic thing is the Datagran Facebook business permissions for the accounts I want to use AdOptimizer with.
Makes me feel like it is a child's play. Love the way suggestions and reviews are given.
The cost is not optimized and the budget is not under our control. The budgeting is automated that make it difficult to understand and control.
Lists of contact are easy to maintain, and emails are easy to create, send, and then track the results to tweak campaigns for best conversions. Our account manager has always been great.
Other email softwares charged by the email and number of recipients, iContact charged a subscription fee, so it made it more costly.
I'm very happy with all the great templates and designs. The navigation has also improved a great deal.
No one to speak with, low deliverability, inferior tech when compared to other competitors with the same price point.
My experience had been very positive. Customer Support, when needed, is very responsive and helpful.
At the time I was using it I was not able to embed videos into the email campaigns which was frustrating.
I enjoy its ease of use and the ability to use graphics to add interest to our newsletter. The Dashboard is a wonderful tool.
Pricing was primarily our main issue, it became costly when we only sent one email per month.
Mary G.: Hi, my name's Mary. I'm a Director of Education. I am giving a five star review for iContact and for more details, click below. Our past product was Mailchimp and it just wasn't customizable enough for what we needed. It didn't give us as many options to change the layout, or make columns, or individualize the emails as much as we really wanted for our brand. We chose iContact primarily because of how customizable it is. You have the option to change, not only fonts and colors, but the actual layout of the emails. You can make columns, you can put in blocks and dividers, and it's very customizable to match your brand. The other reason we chose it was we were looking for a platform that would have minimal junk pickup, I guess I would call it. Our members from some of our platforms we have tried in the past, our emails ended up in junk automatically, just because they were coming from that brand and iContact seems to have a better reputation with the junk sorters in emails. iContact was super are easy to get started with. Implementation was a breeze. We didn't even need their customer support to get going, really. It's very user intuitive. Non-designers can make emails look beautiful in iContact and uploading a member list is literally at a of a button. I highly recommend pursuing iContact. I haven't found a single fault with their program. It's user-friendly. It makes beautiful emails and honestly the price point is pretty fair as well.
