SeedLegals vs Diligent Equity: Which is a better fit?

They're always great, most recently [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful helping sort an issue.

Only complaint is with R&D tax credits, it's a little sluggish and difficult to use however, the team easily compensates for it.

The SEIS/EIS pre-approval and share options support services have both been excellent. Both services have been excellent - easy to use and simple user interface.

The pricing, its a big chunk to pay upfront for founders who are bootstrapping.

SeedLegals makes the process super simple, whichever flavour of funding you're doing. But I'd say that the platform is even eclipsed by the superb team that helps you through the deal.

Some features of contracts are not as flexible as one can make them if drafting from scratch.

The team at Equity Effect is great to work with. They are super responsive, helpful and patient.

Complicated to navigate and fix errors. Slow customer service in updating cap tables.

We really like the capabilities for managing cap tables and modeling scenarios. It is easy to use and has sophisticated functionality.

Data inputted by their team is often wrong, software is buggy, and lots of key features (like companies that have shuttered being reflected as zero) are not yet implemented.

Easy to use, great customer service, does a lot.

A bit trickier to handle international (non-USD) cap tables.

They seem to have a general sense of their product strategy, roadmap, and useful features.
