Vestd is an excellent sharetech tool for companies of all sizes - from start-up to enterprise! Vestd is used by FDs, HR managers, accountants, legal professionals, investors and company secretaries.
Customer service is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] was our representative at Seed Legals and no question was to silly to ask, and she was always more than happy to help.
Some of the feedback SeedLegals gave us in written format was slightly confusing.
They're always great, most recently [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful helping sort an issue.
Only complaint is with R&D tax credits, it's a little sluggish and difficult to use however, the team easily compensates for it.
The SEIS/EIS pre-approval and share options support services have both been excellent. Both services have been excellent - easy to use and simple user interface.
