Customer service is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] was our representative at Seed Legals and no question was to silly to ask, and she was always more than happy to help.
Some of the feedback SeedLegals gave us in written format was slightly confusing.
They're always great, most recently [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful helping sort an issue.
Only complaint is with R&D tax credits, it's a little sluggish and difficult to use however, the team easily compensates for it.
The SEIS/EIS pre-approval and share options support services have both been excellent. Both services have been excellent - easy to use and simple user interface.
The pricing, its a big chunk to pay upfront for founders who are bootstrapping.

Some features of contracts are not as flexible as one can make them if drafting from scratch.
My experience has always been amazing, which is why I have always renewed for about 8+ years now, as I recall. The customer service from Dmitri is especially good.
The only complaint I can think of is that certain phrasings confuse the software.

Defining patent terms can be difficult and often fails. Sometimes I want a string (including spaces) to absolutely be interpreted as a claimed element for antecedent basis checks.
It is a great sanity check as to errors in numbering in the specification and correspondence to drawings. Great clean up and final review tool.
During this time I can't switch windows within Word to work on something else, and that is a bit frustrating.
