SeedLegals vs Exirio: Which is a better fit?

Customer service is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] was our representative at Seed Legals and no question was to silly to ask, and she was always more than happy to help.

Some of the feedback SeedLegals gave us in written format was slightly confusing.

They're always great, most recently [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful helping sort an issue.

Only complaint is with R&D tax credits, it's a little sluggish and difficult to use however, the team easily compensates for it.

The SEIS/EIS pre-approval and share options support services have both been excellent. Both services have been excellent - easy to use and simple user interface.

The pricing, its a big chunk to pay upfront for founders who are bootstrapping.

SeedLegals makes the process super simple, whichever flavour of funding you're doing. But I'd say that the platform is even eclipsed by the superb team that helps you through the deal.

Some features of contracts are not as flexible as one can make them if drafting from scratch.

This product is just what I have been looking for to help me manage all of my assets in one location.

Difficult to say, i would add some feature to directly invest from the platform.

Good product, easy to use, free to use, increasingly intuitive and the ongoing updates keeps it fresh and relevant.

There isn’t really anything to dislike, not very sure how to integrate with other product though.

Easy to use and comprehensive integration of asset classes.

Finance is complicated and Exirio is no exception. It takes some time to learn how to enter all the information.

Ease of use, and live data which is the most important.
