CredentialStream vs Virtualbadge.io: Which is a better fit?

Our experience with CredentialStream has been positive. Customer support is extremely pleasant and helpful.

Implementation for the CredentialStream (Echo) product was extremely frustrating and difficult from the beginning.

Satisfied with product and reporting options; very satisfied with customer support, all reps and advisors. Excellent training, webinars and flexible staff.

This has been a very difficult product to transition from MSOW to Credential Stream. We continue to struggle in daily functions.

Organization and streamline of information is great. Nice efficient way to complete once time or reoccurring verifications of licenses/education, affiliations.

It is difficult to customize a different workflow from their standard. Inability to deal with CMEs, cannot edit forms easily.

The trainers for various pieces of the system have been fantastic, and the overall experience working with the product is giving us so many opportunities for future integrations.

The program seems to break with every update, verification plug-ins disconnect, Standards of Practice processes seem to change at every turn. Duplication of data entry fields is ridiculous.

I was really impressed with the quality of the digital certificates from virtualbadge. The certificates are perfect for training companies as they look professional and are very easy to use.

Missing TEam-Functions, in the moment only one Admin has to manage everything.

I looked at a few different platforms, but VirtualBadge had exactly what I needed. The setup process is simple, the badges look great, and the automation capabilities make this a powerful solution.

I wish the usage tracking was easier, but I do know that it is a problem because of the integration with social media platforms.

It was very easy to operate both at the backend and for the users, they have excellent customer service when you have a question or need help, and our participants absolutely loved it.

Overall if you're looking for an easy affordable way to motivate people within your company to work harder and be publicly acknowledged for their efforts- this software is a great tool to use.
